I stayed at Puschka House. It has 4 bedrooms and is well spaced. The kitchen is large and well equipped to cater for large families of a group of friends. Bearing in mind that this is a pet friendly accommodation, yet it was really clean! No evidence of pets being in the house or outside before our arrival, which is an indication of how meticulous they are at cleaning. The garden is huge and the 2 dogs had a blast running around and exploring. I loved the fact that the entire unit is fenced off so you have full privacy and I never had to worry about the dogs getting out. The walking trails are stunning and the climb to the top of the kloof was strenuous but the view was worth it! Dogs absolutely loved their stay and were very sad to leave! Linda is an absolutely fabulous host and if there are any problems, will sort them out quickly. There is literally no MTN reception in the area, but who needs their cell phones while away right?

The place is great! The only ick was the flies!.. Please bring some repellent! I love everything about Puschka farm. So much to explore on the trails. Casual visits from peaceful animals. Great views(we went on a full moon)🥰 Beyond peaceful! Off the grid.

Just an awesome option for a breakaway, secluded and rustic, you can get here in a non 4x4 vehicle, but a 4x4 or SUV would be better. Lovely views from the veranda, nice short walks and a few nice bits n bobs from the little farm shop. The meat pies are superb! So is the homemade milk milktart! Great variety of birds too. Its off grid so the place runs on 12v lights with a gas stove and fridge, there is an inverter to charge cell phones and laptops etc. And if it's overcast the 'donkey' water heater will be lit for hot water. Just an awesome option for a breakaway!

I can't give this place enough stars. Visited in October. Exactly what our souls needed at the time. This place was secluded and private and perfect getaway for couples. Had the best time here with my boyfriend.

We really enjoyed every minute of our stay at Puschka Farm. A weekend was too short and we will definitely be back. The views are amazing. The cottage is well equipt with all the necessities. And the natural pool is just the cherry on top.

What an amazing place! We spent the weekend at the writer’s cottage with our baby and two dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful cottage and splash pool. We had a lovely walk in the morning and we’ll definitely be coming back to enjoy the picnic areas. What made our weekend even more amazing was the gracious hosts, Linda and Peter. Highly recommended

Booking and staying at Puschka Stone Cottage was a dream from the very first step, right through to the after-sales service received from Linda. The cottage itself is in an idyllic setting with beautiful views across the bush. Being on a working farm, it was so lovely to encounter the resident herd of Nguni cattle crossing the river on our morning walk, and a surprise visit from the horses in the afternoon. The cottage is perfectly private and the natural splash pool was ideal to wallow in, during the lazy hot hours of the day and for a night swim. The walk down to the river, through a little forested ravine is beautiful and the picnic spot is clean and perfect for a lunch or early dinner picnic. Even though completely off-grid, all your needs are taken care of, and there is no comfort spared. We especially loved the personal, thoughtful touches; robes and a pillow choccie in the bedroom, incense, flowers, bath salts, candles in the bathroom, and a little bottle of sherry for a nightcap. The kitchen may look little, but has a lovely scullery or washroom around the corner. The cottage was spotless and checking in and out was a breeze. The hospitality offered by Linda and her staff was above and beyond. The grounds man popped around once a day to check we had everything we needed. This cottage is perfect for your romantic getaway! Our stay was heavenly and we will definitely be back!

What a peaceful getaway with the dogs. Linda and her lovely staff were so welcoming and we loved every part of this breakaway. I would like to go on a regular visit from now on. We've found our happy get-away place as a family.
