The Malolotja is a Nature Reserve in Swaziland in the provinces of Hhohho. The park was established on - and covers an area of 0.18 km². The Malolotja offers the possibility of self-drive safaris.

The national park borders the Songimvelo Game Reserve in South Africa and together they form the Songimvelo-Malolotja Transfrontier Conservation Area (Peace Park), which is also part of the Lubombo Transfrontier Conservation Area. There is not much wildlife in the reserve, which is why it is primarily a hiking destination. The reserve is home to some special birds and the unique mountain flora is also worth mentioning. A highlight is the canopy tour, where you sail back and forth between platforms in the canopy on a zip line.

Landscape

The main habitat of the Malolotja is the Grassland savannah.

The landscape consists of rolling grasslands, deep gorges and patches of forest. Three rivers, lined with floodplain forest, flow through the reserve. Ngwenya Mountain, Swaziland's second highest mountain, stands out. Another landmark is the Malolotja Waterfall, the highest waterfall in the country with a drop of 89m.
