The Whitehouse Inn

DO NOT STAY HERE! The owner of this establishment were drunk when our family arrived, and there was a small misalignment on a R75 burger. They then gave them a room which was not what was paid for, and on complaint they chased our people away at 1h00 in the with no where to go. They landed up habing to to get help at the police station, luckily the police were able to help them.

There were reservations, it felt like we could not order anything, because of the reservations. Had milkshakes. Not impressed

Not great at all! Owners are terrifying especially when they are drunk and does not take criticism well to improve their services! Didn’t provide room we paid for. Review is for the traveler’s honest experience. I guess it’s a hit and miss situation with these owners. You will have to guess your luck on the day if you’ll have good service and good tasting food. Best of luck future travelers that choose to stay or eat here.

Was told they would keep a serving of ribs for me, upon arrival that was not the case. Dissapointed... Already had to buy an alternative meal. Can't have 2 suppers in 1 night. Hope to be able to have them another time

What a great host!! Had a breakdown on one of our bikes in the group and they assisted us all the way. Served drinks and food while we were sorting out the issue.

This is one of the most amazing places I have ever visited. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The owners are absolutely fantastic, the are so accommodating, and make you feel at home. I would highly recommend you give the White House a visit if you want exceptional service and great food- The Burgers are out of this world!! Definitely worth a visit

We loved our stay, the staff especially Annie were friendly and welcoming and shared great travel tips and stories. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Will be back to!
