Staff friendly and interactive. Room 5 was clean, large and practical. King bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen area very practical. Great location. Close to Eye clinic , mall and variety of restaurants. Safe parking on site.

The front desk was absolutely incredible! Very warm and welcoming not to mention very helpful. Parking is adequate. The guesthouse was very clean and we really enjoyed our uniquely decorated room which was well equipped and beautifully decorated with vibrant colors. The breakfast was delicious and well presented! Our room was regularly replenished with clean sheets, towels and surfaces were always cleaned. Thank you so much to the Thelma & You team for an incredible stay, we will definitely be staying with you again!

We had the enormous pleasure of staying with Joshua for a full week. I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough. It is so conveniently located and the rooms are of a high standard. Guest service and care is outstanding. The team here together with their boutique hotel - Pineapple House in Sea Point, is exceptional.

We booked at Thelma’s because the price was really reasonable and location perfect for our needs, while we settled my daughter into res at UCT. What a gem it turned out to be! So cleverly designed, beautifully decorated & ticked all the boxes (clean, comfortable & so welcoming). We’ve already booked our next stay in April!
