About The Secret Garden Guesthouse
The guesthouse is located in a very quiet, yet central area of Swakopmund, with restaurants, attractions and shops conveniently situated within walking distance. The Atlantic Ocean is only 250metres from the guesthouse; a 5minute walk down to the famous Jetty. The guesthouse offers ten rooms overlooking the beautiful “secret” garden and are all decorated in a minimalist style that blends perfectly with the guesthouse theme and setting. The room are spacious and furnished with wooden furniture and have tiled or wooden floors. Each room has a seating area, coffee & tea station, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer, heaters and extra blankets are provided. Some rooms also have DSTV. Guests can start their day with a breakfast buffet served either in the dining room or in the garden under the palm trees. The breakfast includes fresh-baked bread & brötchen, a variety of cheeses & cold meats, selection of jams, fresh fruit salad, cereals & yoghurt, eggs to order plus coffee/tea and juices. On colder nights guests can relax in the main lounge in front of a cozy fireplace. For guests we can advise and book activities on offer at the coast. (German/English speaking hostess.) We have a secure parking area. Children and dogs are welcome.
