I want to thank the owner, Lien, in public, because she helped us a lot. We were in an unsafe situation with our guide and she noticed, warned us and helped us to get rid of that problem! Lien, we wish you all the best!! We recommend this hotel!

The manager is rude and has no manners at all. She doesn't know how to talk to people. She yells at guest. She needs to improve asap!

Great location with a short walk to the beach and most restaurants and shops. The owner is fantastic and the breakfast is absolutely out of this world

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Good value for the price. Breakfast is okay. I wanted to tip the housekeeping lady and was confronted by the owner in a very rude way that this is not allowed :( I personally think that this is a no-go.

We had a big group and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great each morning. The location was just off the beach, a quick walk to shops and restaurants. Overall a great stay! Thank you!

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, I asked the receptionist about the free cancellation policy because I couldn't check it due to lack of network. She rudely raised her voice and asked why I didn't book directly with them. The next morning, she yelled at me for making noise during my prayer time and even demanded that I pay for the complaints made by others. The staff's attitude was completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying here unless they change their approach to customer service.

DO's - tasty breakfast, good value for price, great location. DONT's - cold room, rude receptionist. When we asked for some heating because room was very cold,she said it supposed to be summer and electricity is expensive. So what? Price of electricity can be added for room price. Many sockets was not working. After reading the review,I am pretty sure that answeres are written by lady from reception.

A wow customer service. All needed items are available. Comfortable rooms. The place near by a beach, so 👌 for the tourists. I 200% recommend this place.
