The manager is rude and has no manners at all. She doesn't know how to talk to people. She yells at guest. She needs to improve asap!

Great location with a short walk to the beach and most restaurants and shops. The owner is fantastic and the breakfast is absolutely out of this world

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Good value for the price. Breakfast is okay. I wanted to tip the housekeeping lady and was confronted by the owner in a very rude way that this is not allowed :( I personally think that this is a no-go.

We had a big group and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great each morning. The location was just off the beach, a quick walk to shops and restaurants. Overall a great stay! Thank you!

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, I asked the receptionist about the free cancellation policy because I couldn't check it due to lack of network. She rudely raised her voice and asked why I didn't book directly with them. The next morning, she yelled at me for making noise during my prayer time and even demanded that I pay for the complaints made by others. The staff's attitude was completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying here unless they change their approach to customer service.

DO's - tasty breakfast, good value for price, great location. DONT's - cold room, rude receptionist. When we asked for some heating because room was very cold,she said it supposed to be summer and electricity is expensive. So what? Price of electricity can be added for room price. Many sockets was not working. After reading the review,I am pretty sure that answeres are written by lady from reception.

A wow customer service. All needed items are available. Comfortable rooms. The place near by a beach, so 👌 for the tourists. I 200% recommend this place.

**Review of the Mole Guesthouse** The location is good, close to the city centre and the beach, but that's the only positive aspect of this place. The room I stayed in was very basic. The beds were hard, and the pillows were empty and of bad quality. The rooms don't even have a mini-fridge. The toilets are outdated. The shower doesn't have a curtain and shows lots of wear and tear. The toilet paper is the cheapest available, and there was no hot water in the sink, only in the shower. The toilet seats are cheap, flimsy, and old. The woman at the reception had a bad attitude and was not friendly at all, making the experience very unwelcoming. Her bad attitude towards my guest made me not want to stay there or experience anything else with the Mole Guesthouse. I didn't go for breakfast, preferring to have it elsewhere, so I can't comment on the quality or service of the breakfast. There is no parking available for guests, and cars are parked outside. There is a security guard, but he asked me for change to buy drugs. Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone and suggest staying in better places in Swakopmund. The place is reasonably cheap but not worth the price. I would recommend staying at Sandcastle Guesthouse, which is cheaper and offers a much better stay. ***FYI I made the booking on Tuesday for check-in on Friday. I have been informed that there are 3 rooms available. So DO NOT lie and say it's the only room left. Do not confuse me for another guest who also probably had a similar experience. I never requested a refund, and I'm not bothered in asking for one. I'm not an "International Guest." And it's definitely not an Airbnb in Europe, because there I always have better experiences. I'm a local from Namibia. Don't insult ones character for the well-deserved bad review because it just proves what I was talking about. Do Better!
