It's close to the ocean and a supermarket (spar)just a walking distance. Good customer service with a welcoming smile. You feel at home. However, must provide a shade for cars at the parking area.

What an awesome place to stay! Spacious rooms, beautifully decorated with everything you need and more. Friendly staff and delish breakfast!

Not very impressed with the welcome received. The lady at reception is not guest friendly, made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome...and her tone is very condescending. I will not be returning in the future. To top it off, I don't know how safe we're supposed to feel leaving our cars parked outside. The website mentioned "secure parking".

Good location close to the beach, nice little green garden and within walking distance to shops. Good breakfast buffett (great omelettes!), friendly staff. The room was ok, but lacking a chair, had no table and mold in the bathroom that was painted over and smelled. All rooms are on ground floor. Cars can be parked outside of the walls in front of the building.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Mole Guesthouse this weekend. The check-in was quick and easy, the rooms are clean and serviced every morning., we had a family room which was large enough and comfortable. There was always warm water. I will however say that something needs to be done about the breakfast offering a tad bit basic. They didn't give us Juice instead it was wild island, everything else was limited as well. But other than the breakfast its the perfect guesthouse, close to the beach, close to the shop And the guest house manager, is friendly and kind.

Had an amazing stay! Such an understanding, warm and welcoming lady at the reception :) All staff became family! We will definitely return as it felt like home away from home. Thank you very much to everyone for treating us with so much love and respect -- and for serving us the best breakfast. God bless you!!!

I was just met by the most rude and unwelcoming receptionist that also call her the manager. Wanted to know if I can book in earlier as 2 off my meetings has cancelled....she went on and on about R350 that was not paid by the travel agency....not hearing that I just wanted to use wi fi to sit and use my time. I LEFT and phone her to get the owner's details and she told me it wont help to phone the owner....oh my world.....I am so glad business is good for you to treat you customers this way. This leaves a bitter taste in my mouth and just to think I have to stay here tonight....this will be the first and last time ever....

I throughly enjoyed staying at the Mole Guesthouse! The facilities are clean, peaceful, and the staff are super friendly/helpful. It is conveniently situated close to the beach (5 minutes walk), the grocery store (5 minutes walk) and restaurants. I highly recommend!
