Staying at the Jungle Pearl was one of the highlights of our groups Tanzanian Adventure. We stayed for two nights but wish it was longer! The chef Zephani was so accommodating and made delicious elevated Tanzanian meals. Our group of 6 had a lot of dietary restrictions and he took such good care of us. (Vegetarian, GF, DF etc…) The staff is so friendly and everything is so perfect it seems unreal. Will absolutely be back.

I had the joy of staying at Jungle Pearl over Christmas and New Year period and i did not want to leave. Up until the moment the airport taxi came to pick me up, the concept of going home felt so alien to me as for the last few weeks I had felt grounded, centred and routed in paradise. Big love to Lulu, the founder of the resort for having the vision to create what I can only describe as a utopia and the warmth and hospitality to create a family environment in the space. I know exactly where I’ll be going next winter ?❤️

A stay at Jungle Pearl is unlike no other. The expansive property provides a haven of relaxation, cultural immersion, and exploration. The rooms are beautifully built and the decor is masterfully curated. Every inch of the property is well thought out and intentional. You witness how much energy was put into every detail. Living amongst the Maasai, who tend to and protect the land, was very special. I learned so much from them about their culture, traditions, and lifestyle. They even let us meet some of the cattle which was such a fun experience. The food and drinks are so delicious and made with love! The piña coladas are perfection — made with the freshest ingredients. I literally watched one of the bartenders source some passion fruit from a tree for my mocktail. At night, the sounds of the jungle made for a perfect lullaby. I experienced the deepest sleep ever in the bombas — waking up feeling totally refreshed! The staff feel like family…leaving felt so unnatural. I am quite literally counting down the days when I can return to Jungle Pearl!

We stayed only one night at the jungle Pearl, on our way to Serengeti. We arrived late (for dinner) and left early the next day. The staff were very welcoming, the food great, hotel area very cosy and romantic eith a nice pool and the rooms nice. Remember your insect repellant for the dinner, we got some mosquito bites on our feet.

We stayed there for 4 days after a long safari and it was the perfect place to just relax! The staff is very friendly and the accommodation is very cool! Nice pool, friendly monkeys jumping around and cool birds. They also helped us finding activities for the day that do not require much planning in advance. They are located very close to the national park and they don’t require the national park fees! We stayed in the tents and they were very comfy and very clean. Highly recommended!

Far and away the nicest place we stayed throughout our three-week trip. The resort itself is beautiful and tranquil, the food was absolutely INCREDIBLE, and the service provided by the staff was way above and beyond. Not only was any request immediately dealt with, they took every opportunity to make our stay a memorable one. When they saw we were interested in the bush babies in the trees by the restaurant they went running to find a powerful torch and three staff helped track them through the trees so we could see them, and when they learnt that I was missing my cats back home, they went and found their resident cats and brought them over to say hello. They have my highest recommendation and my thanks.

Jungle Pearl is one of a kind. I have travelled to Tanzania a few times already but I have never seen a lodge like this. It is incredible! The eye for detail, the architecture, the long list of international cocktails :) …. This place is perfect if you want to wind down after safari. Staff is very friendly and do whatever they can to accommodate you. Also the swimming pool and the camping area are very beautiful. We felt like home away from home. Asante sana!
