Beautiful place. It's big. Clean. Rooms are just the right size. Good food. Great coffee.

The area overall is nice and safe. The place is quiet and friendly , welcoming employees. The animals make it more lovely ?

The WiFi connection is very poor and unstable, especially in Room 5. If you need it for work or leisure, you will be frustrated. After room service, they leave the windows wide open which exposes your property to theft and also reptiles and birds coming into the room this happened during my stay where I found a small lizard in the bathroom wall. The used towels I left on the floor were not changed but simply hung back up in the rails??. The housekeeping was not that thorough when cleaning my room. I found stains on the sink that were there in the morning before I left. The parking lot is not a covered parking lot, for me it counts especially during g inclement weather. Would I go back again? Not sure at this point, I feel like the service is not taken seriously and they don't really check what is working and what is not. If I happen to go back, I will give an update. For now, the place is not competitive enough to entice my interest.

No hot water 70% of the time because there's 1 geyser shared by 5 rooms. No aircon and the WiFi is awful

A very neat and clean facility. Close to the main road and very accessible. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
