Sediba Luxury Safari Lodge

When looking for a safari lodge in Welgevonden (Waterberg), this must be one of your best options. An amazing friendly team, good food, HUGE rooms and very entertaining safaris. We will certainly come back to Sediba in Welgevonden.

This luxury lodge was an absolute dream! The panoramic views were breathtaking, the food was exquisite, and the game drives were thrilling. To top it off, relaxing in my private jacuzzi on the deck was the perfect way to unwind after a day of adventure. Highly recommend!

Just returned from this amazing experience at Sediba. The rooms are fabulous and spacious and everything you need for a wonderful stay. We loved the outside hot tub after a morning safari, with the incredible view of the park. Your room is serviced daily which is really nice. Especially loved Boma night! Our Ranger, Moyo, we will never forget! Thank you for your wonderful knowledge and sharing everything you love about all the animals and about the park. Loved it here!

What an amazing safari experience this has been, thanks to everyone working at Sediba! I’ve visited other lodges in Welgevonden before, but Sediba was by far the best one. They managed to exceed my expectations, all the details were well thought of. The room was so big and beautiful with a very comfortable bed. The game drives were such a blast, in only 2 drives we managed to see the whole big 5 and a lot of other animals. Our always smiling guide Mike told us everything he knows about all the species and gave a special attention to all the beautiful birds, very interesting. Nadia helped me and my colleagues so well and did everything to accommodate us in the best way possible, even though there were quite some last minute requests! 10/10 I’m already trying to plan my next visit!

I loved this place. They really make it easy for you to relax here. The rooms and food are amazing, the staff is even better.

Beautiful rooms in a wonderful setting. The best thing, however, was the friendly service of all the staff but particularly our guide, who was exceptionally knowledgable and keen to make our safari experience the best possible one. (Thank you Q). The food was good. My one complaint is that none of the cardio machines in the gym worked, some were so rusty and old that they shouldn’t really be in a place like this. The owners need to invest a small amount of money in the gym or not pretend they have one. That aside, it was an amazing experience. (PS - charging separately for mid morning drinks and sundowners, given the total cost of the stay, is frankly petty).

We enjoyed our stay at Sediba Lodge so much! Took our parents on a safari trip, and it was wonderful. The sightings, service, views, massive rooms, food, and spa treatments were all fantastic. My personal highlight was the boma night. We stayed for 3 nights, and it was a perfect safari!

Amazing accommodation and excellent staff! Great food options as well. Highly recommend!!
