Rooisand Desert Ranch

Beautiful camping area with all the necessary amenities close by. The sites are equipped with a shade canopy, braai area with running water, and are clean. Yrida and team were very friendly and helpful, I enjoyed getting to know them a little. The stars are unbelievable!!

We camped a night in one of the dedicated, clean, campsites with power next to the group camp. Excellent facilities with hot water. As the group camp was not used we could use the kitchen area during the scarce May rainstorm. Lodge itself, about 2 km away, has good restaurant for breakfast if you book.

the best campsite in Namibia where I've ever been. I recommend that place all my heart. there is everything that you need and more: restaurant, restroom, shower, hot water, barbecue. Staff is very helpful and really friendly.

We visited over a weekend and this place is awesome. The Campsites are very neat and everything you need is included like water, electricity and a braai area. Just before sunset we went up a mountain to have a sun-downer, and this place have amazing sunset views! You also have an option to look at the milky-way through a telescope, this however, is extra. But all in all great camping spot
