Beautiful place!. Amazing host ,friendly , caring and kind. The memories we had there will always be remembered. Beautiful hiking trails. Juliet fourie is her name , perfection is her game.

We absolutely loved our New Years Eve long weekend away at Red Cliff Lodge. The hosts extra attention to detail goes such a long way and you can tell she cares about the cabin and her guests. We were able to access the cabin in my Fiat 500 easily and loved the remote location away from everyone and everything. No network and no wifi is amazing and forces you to relax and unwind. I cant believe how much space you have all to yourself and the facilities provided to enjoy this space is well thought out. We had no issues at all with the solar and gas power, everything ran perfectly. Picnic by the river with the carefully prepared braai picnic basket provided, laze in the hammocks, dip in the plunge pool, enjoy the outside boma and then lie back in the sun lounges enjoying the beautiful night sky. Take a hike as well but definitely follow the hosts advise for a guided hike, you will get lost! We cant wait to be back and put our feet up and enjoy being forcefully removed from the world!

We enjoyed every moment of our week.It opened new chapters in our live...just by the peace and beauty of the nature and history....this is the place you find yourself and your faith again in the middle of God's amazing creations...we can only thank the great host for making us feel home..very kind, caring and compassionate ..we loved it?

A very clean and well equipped cabin. The complementary extras like firewood, condiments, rusks and toiletries makes the self-catering experience the best value for money. The 10 km hike with Juliet was interesting and enjoyable. A paradise for bird lovers. We'll be back.

All I can say is wow!!! There couldn't be a better place to get away from the city and noise and work and just everyday life in general. Situated in what you could say is pretty much the middle of nowhere, this is an amazing place to go to all you hear is the beautiful spunds of birds singing and the waterfall and river flowing, 10/10 would highly recommend all the amenities you need are right there except signal because who needs thay when your trying to get away.
