Raaswater Self catering Langebaan

There were multiple stains on the bedsheets and mattress cover. Half of the lights didn't turn on. Also, per their policy, you can be removed if you complain. Which is why we didn't.

Stains on the bedsheets. Rooms smelt funny. No fans in the rooms. Half the lights didn't work. Couch was very lived in. No one actively at the reception, always had to ring the bell. Was very disappointed. We stayed in Room Delta 1.

I'm from Durban. My second visit. It was freezing this year but the accommodation was good with excellent activities and restaurants.

Disappointment is an understatement. I recently booked once of the Raaswater units (Tesra unit) for myself, partner and our daughter. Upon arrival the place was not what was advertised. First red flag I should've noticed was the lack of communication. When I booked I requested pictures of the units via WhatsApp as the online pictures weren't very clear. I consistently followed up with the team and received 1 picture a day before checking in. Upon arrival the entire place was DUSTY, toilet brushes are rusted (OLD), shower had mold marks, TOWELS had marks on, Double bed had bedding of a 3/4 with marks on as well, bedroom mosaic table was broken, bedroom curtain hanging on a wire. In between the couches was beach sand not vacuumed. It was an extremely uncomfortable stay. Fortunately family members were booked at Mykonos and we spent most of our time there but this was money wasted. The units should definitely be upgraded and be cleaned properly before guests checks in.

Watching the people surfing 🏄 and laying in your bed it's amazing experience.Stading up in the morning and opening your curtains to a sea view is a blessing not many people have that opportunity This place makes work feel like it's fun and u wanna work because coming back home is a blessing everyday.

Was very nice just wish I did not have to pay first for the Tag,free breakfast would have been nice also

Great staff and service. We were at the bottom resort and it was quite windy and cold.. waking up in the morning to such a beautiful view on a work break really is something to be grateful for. We slept on a supposed queen size bed but we could feel that two beds were put together, it was extremely uncomfortable - the mattress as well as the terrible covers that weren’t very well fitted to the duvet. Apart from that there were old stains on the pillow cases & duvets. This place has a lot of potential though! We had a quiet stay as we went just after the school holidays.

We really enjoyed a relaxing weekend onypur on the bottom floor. The views are amazing, the weather was great. Cant wait to come back again
