Phoenix Lodge and Waterside Apartments is what you looking for when you want to enjoy you vacation or holiday. The booking process is very smooth & easy, with no hassle The position first gives you a that relaxation, you don't want to leave the rooms because of the view, from the lagoon, the heads and the Featherbed National Park. The service at breakfast, woow... 👌, I advise, you book the B&B standard so that you enjoy the owner's treatment. The housekeeping is always on toes and if you drive yourself, parking safe. We stayed at the Phoenix Lodge 5 nights for a wedding at the lodge (all the way from Texas). Gill and Craig are most gracious hosts and very kind! We had a wonderful time at the lodge with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The hotel staff were are sweet as could be and took very good care of us! The lodge is a short driving distance to waterfront shops, cafes and the Knysna Heads.
