Palm Valley Inn

Blinds were dirty and broken, cups, plates and utensils were dirty. Floors were dirty and tiles were broken. Couches were old and torn. TV was so high on the TV, you have to break your neck to watch it. The streaming apps on the TV didn't work. The shower head was terrible, very old and didn't work properly, made the whole bathroom a mess. It was very noisy outside by the pool area until very late and early hours of the morning. No consideration for other guests.

Their room are so good;everything looks wonderful and we received the best service from them. Their rooms have sliding door and a balcony. The beds are very comfortable the bathroom is good everything is beautiful m their food also taste good

We were extremely disappointed, due to the fact, the pool was green, and surrounding area in a pathetic state, Definitely not according to the advertised pictures, the basic experience well below standard for the cost charged. I would not recommend this venue to anyone, thanks Rodney Jones.

This place is ideal for family because all the units are two or three bedrooms. They have a full kitchen and utensils. So you can cook and do everything there for yourself. However, I did not like the old shower heads. They were just terrible. The floor tiles are old, and it seems like they will peel off soon. The water was cold, I don't know what was wrong with the geyser.

Good day, Honesty is key for anyone who is open to it. Constructive criticism is always good for someone who is willing to change. Our experience was not appealing as advertised. Rooms are not clean and they are 3 star self catering option. They do not offer basic standards for a 3 star hotel. No sugar, salt or anything in the rooms even though it is self catering, by law they should offer. You are expected to buy from the supermarket across. The room that was offered to us was for family and it was my husband and I. They room was way to big for us. Bedding was not clean and old duvet are placed in the rooms. No identification meaning, staff do not have names tags and not wearing any uniform but wearing their own clothes. Staff knocked the door so rough and woke us up at 10:00 while sleeping. They claim that they knock off at 11:00 therefore we must wake up early considering that we were on holiday and not forced to be woken up that early. I found it very rude and inconsiderate for guests that are on holiday. Their activities that were included in our booking were amazing, just that they can be let down by accommodation. They need to up their game and obey the 3 star standard rule for accommodation. Don’t cut corners, it will leave a bad reputation and it’s hard to come back from it. Overall, they need to improve tremendously and quick.

Clean, big rooms, and neat. nice place, with 24 hour sevurity. Some visitors misbehave them self, during our visit, but the management and security guards take immediate action.

This was my home for 2 months and it really felt like home. All the staff members are so friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much Palm Valley for hosting my son and I. I definitely recommend you. It was heartbreaking having to leave today, everything about Palm Valley is so convenient. Thank you thank you. We really enjoyed our stay.
