La Montagne Guest Lodge

Thank you to Kim and your wonderful staff for the beautifully set table and your fantastic service Saturday for Jenna's birthday! You went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations! We had a fantastic time! The beautiful sunset just added to the already perfect evening! We will definitely visit you again!

Made my booking earlier in the year for December dates and we were not impressed with the room that was allocated to us 1. The room was next to the parking, which we couldn't even make use of the spa Bath that is placed outside because the wall that separate the room and parking was halfbuit. 2. The room didn't have a fridge 3. The TV was not mounted but only placed on top of a cupboard which it almost fell off. 4. There we're (lizard's) Gecko's through out our stay when we got the room and had to buy Doom to try to get rid of them and that didn't help so we couldn't sleep fully 5. We woke up to no electricity before breakfast, apparently the power was tripping due to the geyser We could have probably enjoyed our stay if we were allocated a room close to the restaurant because that is the more nice and comfortably place and that is shown on the website and my expectations was high before going there and the reality was a disappointment. The english breakfast was okay,no complaint about it

Had my kitchen tea there. The view is beautiful. All problem I had wasthat they didn't allowed as to park closer to the venue and my grandma and friend who recently had a operation had to climb all those steps.

La Montagne Guest lodge is an exquisite Hidden Gem in the Heart of Harties. Our mini holiday was absolutely amazing. An extended thank you to Kim for the magnificent & decorative room & for organizing the attention to detail that was done to make our stay extra special. The panoramic scienic view of the dam was epic from our room. Many thanks to Simon & Jabu for their awesome service at the stunning restaurant with a spectacular view of Harties dam & mountains & also the beautiful pool & lush gardens. The meals were also enjoyable. The spa treatment was relaxing. Your hospitality was truely appreciated.

Waking up to the serene surroundings and ending our evenings in our private jacuzzi was an experience I'll cherish forever. A special shoutout to Kim, who truly made our stay unforgettable. Her attention to detail, warmth, and genuine care turned our romantic getaway into a magical escapade. It's rare to find such dedication and passion in ensuring guests have the best time. Dining at the La Vue Eatery was another highlight of our trip. Each meal was a culinary masterpiece, tantalizing our taste buds and leaving us eagerly anticipating the next dish. Every bite was a testament to the chef's expertise and love for food. In essence, our stay at La Montagne was nothing short of extraordinary. It's not just a guest lodge; it's a haven where memories are made, and dreams come true. We can't wait to return and relive the magic!

This is a beautiful place, the view is also beautiful, i had one issue with room and the manager Kim was very rude to me but luckily Simon solved it.

I and my beautiful wife had an amazing date night at LA Montagne Restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the breathtaking view of the city that the restaurant offers. The ambience was perfect, the service was impeccable, and the food was beyond amazing. In fact, I have dined at many restaurants, but I can confidently say that LA Montagne has the best food. The menu offers a range of delicious options that cater to every palate. We ordered the fillet steak, and they were cooked to perfection. We also had a great bottle of Champagne to complement our meal. The staff was friendly, attentive, and courteous. They really went the extra mile to make our night special. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just looking for an exceptional dining experience, LA Montagne is definitely the place to be. The view alone is worth the trip, but the food and service will leave you thoroughly impressed. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly magical night out. 5-stars all the way!

Great place and value for every penny paid. KIM was very helpful from the booking to the day we arrived. The Staff at the bar and restaurant were very friendly and good in all facets. The food tasted really good. The Spa was so great. The views from the room was so exceptional and the cleanliness was on point. Will definitely be coming back
