Insika Lodge

This lodge exceeded my expectations! The staff, rooms, food and ambience are top tier. The ambience is chic and modern, with attention to detail evident in every corner. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and style. The staff is welcoming, well trained and the level of professionalism makes me very proud as a Zimbabwean. The kitchen staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs. Not forgetting the housekeeping staff too, they were very courteous and did their job to perfection. I do not regret booking my stay at Insika Lodge. I will definitely be back and I cannot wait for my next visit! I am also recommending Insika to anyone looking for a place to stay in Vic Falls!

This review is overdue! My stay at Insika was a 10/10. What made it so great was the staff - especially Mary, Washington, Ranger, and Blessmore… really everyone. As a woman, traveling solo - they made me feel very safe and welcome. They also assisted with transport and any activities I wanted to book. The room had a cozy yet luxurious feel and the bed was super comfortable. The food and drinks were also great and wifi was strong. I’m definitely recommending this place to my friends and family.

A beautiful boutique hotel. Having spent 11 days on safari, we booked 3 days at Victoria Falls to just relax and unwide before a long trip home to Australia. We did just that! From the amazing service received, relaxing around the beautiful pool, indulging in a wonderful massage and the delicious meals, we had the most wonderful time. Will definitely be back!

I have had the privilege , the pleasure and the honor to have spent time both as a guest at insika as well as having worked with Krishna, Sean, Chef Robbie and their incredible team. Every single staff member provided service with a smile, the kitchen team addressed my special kosher dietary requirements perfectly and even the waiters and the barista all took a keen special interest with my snob coffee standards ... And insika performed at the highest levels. If an issue arise (for example after the rain a frog got stuck in a drain pipe which caused a blockage and a bit of a flood in my room) maintenance were there in 5 minutes and the whole thing resolved literally within 15 minutes. I have travelled frequently and I've been to many 4 star and 5 star places and this is honestly my favourite. The warmth and genuine care is perfectly balanced between professional distance and genuinely attentive. This I noticed not just from my personal experience but from all the other guests I met during my 5 night stay. Can't wait to go back. Can't wait to bring guests. We arrived very late because our flight from Cape Town had been delayed. It was very dark as Africa can be. Mr Washington gave us the overview and took us to our room which is fantastic. The hotel experience has been fantastic. The personnel is very young but efficient and very skillful in their trade. My morning breakfast and lunch server was Andile a sweet person who share with me her knowledge of the area and knew esactly what I needed without even asking. Our last dinner was a lavish affair set up for our party of eleven and Mary the head maitre explained how the hotel restaurant operate. It is a oasi of peace and luxury boarding the Bush with all sort of animals coming to see us tourist resting by the pool. Please remember to visit the Artist Gallery on premises Craig Martin a local young man very very skilled in his pencil/ grafite/ oil and hicting art. He is always working and the art gallery is posh. This place will give you inner peace. I am Italian but I live in the US; I will come back Sincerely Giuliana Allen

There aren't enough words to express just how amazing this lodge is! From the incredible staff, to the perfectly manicured grounds, to the absolutely delicious food, and beautiful accommodations. A must stay lodge!

My friend and I used the Insika Lodge Hotel for a long weekend girls get away and we were blown away from the warm welcome from Grace the receptionist to the kindness of Kuda to take care of our luggage and make us settle so quickly in our room and the hotel. Beautiful surroundings with modern touch of the rooms. We just had the best time ever. Grace took care of all our activities and was so helpfully. Robert the chef cooked the most delicious dinners for us. The waiters Thando, Munya, Thames and Trudy were excellent ? ? Granger and Captain Bryan took us on the best sunset boat cruise ever. There is so much to do from Victoria Falls, to Safari in Chobe, Zipp liner and we can highly recommend Wild Horizon for all of this. The rooms have fast WIFi, super amazing Air Conditioning, are comfy and you have the best sleep ever with the most modern system of a Mosquito net. 10 out of a 10 for this hotel. Thank you ? ?

Insika Lodge is beautiful. Perfectly decorated throughout. Rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable. Staff are attentive and friendly, special mention to Grace, Granger, Thabo, Rachael, Kuda, Nkosi, Munya. Food is great. Highly recommended!
