We arrived a little late, the security officer was super helpful, we then met the friendly receptionist, quickly caught up with the group and the guides were well informed, educated us further about the different species. What impressed me the most is the attention to visitors needs... My mom is near to 70 and her legs get a little bit sore if she stands to long. The assistant guide followed her with a chair. That was 7 star treatment and she was so grateful and enjoyed the experience throughly. I highly recommend this experience especially Moya the Cheetah purred the entire time we were super close to him, he was extremely chilled. Well done team Blessings to each of you. Kim Nixon

Really worth a trip here. Service was excellent from the very start, Nondumiso took great care of us along with all the other lovely staff. Great food + vegetarian options. We booked the cheetah experience and the game drive. The driver picks you up from the lodge so you don't have to make your own way there. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the best all round trip.

We spent 4 nights at the lodge. The staff was most helpful, friendly and service-orientated. The location is great for exploring attractions in the area and surrounds. The coffee stations in the rooms were sparsely stocked.

Opportunity to see Elusive Cats Our family of six including four adults and two children visited the Cat Reserve on 10th July 2023 for the morning 1030 tour. We did not stay at the Lodge The guide who showed us around was knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He explained how they care for the injured or orphaned cat species and measures taken to rehabilitate them at the centre. He took us along to show us the Caracal, African Wild Cat, Cheetah and the Serval. We were taken into some enclosures for closer observation. Our child of 11 years was not permitted to enter the Cheetah enclosure. We learnt a lot of interesting facts about these cats during the tour. The guide explained that the animals after a period of rehabilitation are released back to the wild. Those that remain had been injured in the wild and would not probably have lived otherwise. It was indeed a most informative visit thoroughly enjoyed by all and an opportunity to see these elusive cats!
