Amazing lodge with a fantastic view to the bush. The service is outstanding and the food delicious. I can really recommend this lodge.

We booked the safari special with two overnight stays and a total of 3 game drives. Happy our guide is such an incredibly nice person who was able to teach us so much about the flora and fauna in the area. We were able to spot lions every day thanks to him. His in-depth knowledge and experience are amazing. He has been a guide for 15 years and knows exactly what he is doing. We had booked the Simba bungalow at the lodge. It was furnished with great attention to detail. We even had our own jacuzzi which we used every day - wow ! Stanford took care of our physical well-being and offered us incredible service. He was always there when we needed something - just great! Sonia - the owner of the lodge - also came by and greeted us. She was super nice and helped us wherever she could. She runs the place with a lot of experience. We were in contact with each other the whole time via a WhatsApp group. This meant that we were able to coordinate daily updates and discuss details about breakfast, dinner, game drives and other matters quickly. We felt incredibly comfortable right from the start and All in all, the stay, the food, the safari experience and the service were a unique experience that we would definitely recommend to anyone We would definitely come back and were even a little sad that we had to leave after just 2 nights. Please keep up the good work and stay exactly the way you are. You are a great team - thank you for this once-in-a-lifetime experience! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the lodge's warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at Casart goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels not just accommodated, but truly at home. The accommodations at Casart are nothing short of exceptional. The atmosphere while sitting by the pool is indescribable. One of the highlights of our stay was the unforgettable game drives by Happy, a very knowledgeable and passionate guide. The culinary offerings at Casart are another highlight. There is simply nothing to complain about here, the food was excellent. Stanford ensures that every dining moment is a pleasure. We will definitely come back to Casart on our next trip to this area of South Africa.

Our stay at Casart was beyond our expectations. Sonia, the owner, was very comunicative and proactive from day one and helped us plan a perfect Kruger experience, with different kinds of Safari and also a very interesting cultural Villages tour which helped us understand South Africa a little better. The infrastructure of the lodge is an absolute must. The infinity pool with a beautiful view of the reserve is amazing and there is a peaceful deck from which we had the privillege to watch a family of elephants drink and sprinkle water. We traveled as a family of 4 adults and stayed at the Pumba Guest House, which accomodated us just fine (it has two seperate rooms and a nice common room) is remarkingly charming, with its' rustique but also very practical decoration. Although we were a little worried about bugs (specially because one of us is allergic to bug bites), we did not had any problems, even though the lodge is in the middle of the reserve. And then there is the food. A tasty breakfast awaits for you every morning, with lots of options as well as a well served omelet, and we were always very excited for our 3 plates dinner, which were always opportunities to experience south african typical food. The wine sellection is also very good. Last but definitely not least, the staff was always kind, welcoming, helpful and warm to us, what honestly made it a unique and unforgettable experience. Do not miss on the opportunity of enjoyng the Casart experience! We're sure you'll not regret it!

We stayed at Casart game lodge for the last two nights of our honeymoon, and from all the places we’ve been to -we enjoyed it the most. Everything in this lodge was just perfect - from the delicious food served both for breakfast and dinner, the amazing location in which we saw animals from just sitting on the lodge’s deck, the staff members who were kind and made our stay memorable and pleasant. The rooms were spacious, clean and very well equipped - it seemed like everything was thought of to the very last detail. We also had 3 game drives from the lodge with happy the ranger and they were wonderful. We also had a drive on our own in Kruger, but it was such a better experience driving around with such an experienced informative guide who notices every small detail and explain about every plant, bird or animal we came across. Thanks to Sonia, happy, Stanford grace and fikile we had a great ending to our honeymoon and we can’t wait to come back to the Casart game lodge on our next trip to South Africa.

Highly recommended. The host and the food are absolutely fabulous, unique experience and a very peaceful, relaxing experience. If you want to break away into the African bushveld there is no better place and you will be in very good hands. Thanks tannie Sonia

Our party of eight spent two days at the Casart Camp just outside Kruger National Park, South Africa. Sonja and Jon were our hosts. We could smell the delicious aromas from the kitchen as our meals were prepared and elegantly placed before us. Our hosts were able to arrange a morning walk in the bush with Ian, a seasoned guide, as well as a night drive to see the amazing wildlife in the area. We could also sit on the deck and watch the visiting elephants, monkeys, bush buck, as well as many beautiful exotic birds just yards away at the watering hole. At our request, one evening we were entertained by a local group of African performers sharing their music and dance in traditional costumes. We ended our day with a welcomed dip in the hot tub. If you want to experience the finer style of Kruger, Casart Lodge is a wonderful destination. You won’t want to miss this experience!

We had the most amazing time at Casart Game Lodge. This place is simply a dream come true. The super kind owner Sonia and her fantastic team (thank you so much!) make sure that it feels like home for you - or like paradise. ;-) We loved everything about our experience: the friendliness of the people, their team spirit, the location in the middle of nature, the food and wine, our game drives, the tranquility and the animals that are crossing by. Go there if you fancy an extraordinary bush experience. We would love to come back one day! And we are very much grateful for these fantastic days.
