Brightwater Lodge

Day 1 when I interacted with the host Alex making bookings,I picked up that he was genuinely concerned about his guests. Upon arrival at the lodge ,the reception was warm and delightful and treated like monarchy throughout the duration of the stay. Breakfast was divine served and prepared by the hands-on host Alex. Personnel was equally pleasant trustworthy and always willing to help The rooms were meticulously clean with snow white linen changed regularly. Perfect quality time spent at the lodge,offered service par excellence. You arrive at Brightwater Lodge as a guest and leave as a friend Eish before I forget I miss the creamy rich foam bath with the most beautiful perfume. Olivia.

My step-daughter found herself in a tricky situation, needing accommodation for herself and her two young children at very short notice. From the moment they arrived, it was evident that Mr. Colenso was dedicated to making their stay memorable. He welcomed them with a warm and friendly demeanor, instantly putting them at ease. Iv stayed there a few times and iv never had any problems the staff are friendly the rooms are nice very quiet free WiFi only thing I would like to see is Netflix's add to the network and the breakfast and an English breakfast would be nice

I have stayed there for 2 nights yet the experience with Alex and his apartment was so warm for my colleagues and I.... trust me you won't forget it

Comfortable, homely accommodation, with lovely public lounge area, and outside seating area, good breakfast and hosts extremely friendly, going out of their way to help. Hope to return.
