The pictures displayed online and what is verbally presented by the manager of the b&b is completely false. Cockroach infestations. Cracks in the walls and molds everywhere. Terrible unhygienic conditions.

Worst experience ever. Ceiling has a hole inside, bad smelling carpet, cockroaches in the cuboards, plastic spoons, no aircon or fan, no proper beds. Beds are so old, has planks underneath. We got charged for breakfast, but when we said we are leaving 6:30, they told me sorry we do not get up so early. Terrible experience. I will not even tell my enemy to sleep over here..

It's not up to standerd. Will not use it again. Shower in bath doest work. Linnen is very old and don't look clean. Place to sit in room is so busted, nearly sat on the floor! There were cherry to drink in the room, the lid of the container was rusted through, had to get rid of it. Discusting.

Would have gave it 0 stars ..I waited for a long time outside and people just passed me without opening .I dont know how many times I pressed the bell..I only wanted to enquire about available rooms..wasnt looking for donations or food?????

Such a lovely place to stay... They have electric blankets too for winter

The rooms was fine, but it seemed like it wasn't cleaned In a very long time, blankets, pillows and sheets were dirty. They were Ants. In the morning when we woke up the bathroom had bees all over the room

The host was friendly upon arrival, garden is beautiful. I'm giving cleanliness a 3/5 the bathroom curtains were very dirty and the basin as well. The electric blankets on all beds were a nice touch, but I wish there was a heater as well, the room was extremely cold. There was a very nice fireplace, but the host never informed us if it is in working order and if we may use it, also no wood supplied. There was a small bottle of sherry for the cold. A lamp was supplied in case of Loadshedding. With regards to kitchen supplies, there were cups, glasses and plastic spoons. That's it. A few cereal bowls and plates, and cutlery would be nice. Also plastic spoons are horrible. 4 packets of ricoffee, creamer, tea and sugar were supplied. Wish it was better quality coffee and some rooibos tea. There was wifi, but had to call the host for the password. Only basic tv channels, no dstv. The bed was not very comfortable, but bedding was clean. Towels were very old and some torn, but clean. Also 3 bottles of liquid soap were provided. We had noisy neighbors, I think they are permanent residents, they had a bit of a party going on and were in and out of the gates at all times during the night. Overall this place has immense potential, but the decor is outdated, the personal touch is lost. I think years ago this place was wonderful, and with a bit of work it can be again. If you are looking for a budget friendly place, this place is it, but remember you also get what you pay for.
