The breakfast spread was truly impressive, offering a delightful variety of food that catered to all tastes. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional level of customer care I received. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a top client, and the staff's attention and dedication made me feel incredibly valued. The rooms were spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable visit.

Safe location, extremely friendly and supportive staff. Good breakfast selection and at good price. Annet and Hedwig have assisted many times and this will definitely be my go to place the next time I am in Swakopmund.

Brilliant! Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The hotel layout is great as well as its location. Close to most of the tourist attractions as well as the beach area. Staff is super friendly and attended to all our needs. Its also well priced for what you receive and expect. Thank you for the great stay!!!

Loved the place, staff was super welcoming, the room we got was super cosy and clean. The beach was literally a walking distance. No phone in the room when we wanted to ask for an iron but that wasn't a train smash coz the rooms are just super spacious and modern looking. We were lucky to find that Atlantic had a room available on the day of our arrival? (Swakop accomodation was fully booked in most areas due to the cycling marathon that weekend). N.B: Never trust a man when he tells you not to book accomodation ahead coz there's tonnes of places available where you are going??!!! They (Annette & her lovely team) assisted my partner to plan a surprise birthday cake & bouquet ? on the morning of my birthday ?? during breakfast!? I Was super touched by the gesture. I'd totally recommend the stay. Worth every penny.

We had a great stay. The hotel is close to really great restaurants and is within walking distance to all amenities. The hotel is well worth the money spent. The room was clean and modern. Serviced every day.

The best hotel I have stayed at in terms of customer service. The hotel is also in the heart of Swakopmund town and is close to the beach, restaurants, malls, supermarkets and the police station (very safe). It has underground parking in case you get a rental car.
