We really enjoyed our stay at the African Sky Villa. Everything was perfect! We saw a lot of animals in front of the private pool and sat at the fire in the evening. The service has been extraordinary!

The best place to stay when you go to Kruger

Can't believe my birthday getaway is over and we have to leave this amazing place! Everything about this place was beyond perfect. Donovan went out of his way to make sure that we have all we needed. He went above and beyond for us, always offering a helping hand. The place looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Beautiful. Room service was provided and the staff is friendly. Would I come back here again? Definitely. Thank you for hosting us!

Excellent retreat within a smaller nature reserve next to kruger park. Would recommend having this location for exploring the southern side of kruger. The hosts are superb. Just listen to what they have to say about the region itself. The mall close by has all the essentials that are required for a longer stay. The butcher has good quality venison and biltong, definitely better than any super market selection. While staying at the villa, enjoy the evening braai by the pool and watch the animals passing by.

Such value for money. Absolutely tidy rooms We had different breakfast every morning served in our rooms. The host really went out of his way to make sure we comfortable. Sparkling pool. We got the personal touch. We saw animals in-front of our rooms every day. We. Will definitely visit again. Perfect location. Thank you for excellence.

Comfortable facilities for a relaxing family stay. Ample space, with all rooms with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. There’s plenty of buck, monkeys, zebra and other animals which wander around nearby. Incoming road from the gate is decent, however expect gravel roads once in the park.

Wow, what an amazing experience! All the facilities were neat and clean. The accomodation is affordable, comfortable and great value for money. The owners made every effort to facilitate external activity bookings for guests. Upon return from excursions the owner personally welcomed the guests at the vehicles. We will most definitely return in 2019 and will recommend African Bush Backpackers to all our friends and family!

I'm staying here for the second time now. And the third will be coming soon again. The people are really friendly, welcoming and coming back feels like coming home. They are willing to help you with anything you need.Besides that, you're so close to Kruger, that you see daily animals in the garden. The accomodation is really clean, a nice hot shower, and comfortable beds. I'd really recommend anyone to stay here.
