We stayed here for two nights during our honeymoon trip to Tanzania between safaris. It was an amazing stay and we would highly recommend adding a stay here on your trip. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly, singing staff. Hot towels and fresh juice as soon as we got out of the vehicle as they took our bags for us. The atmosphere and scenery are beautiful. We had a personal butler during our stay, Martin, who was fantastic. He made sure we had everything we needed and was always available to help us with anything. Our room was very nice and the main lobby/dining room were as well. Dinner was buffet style and the food was fresh and delicious. They packed our lunches for safari for us each day. One night, Martin arranged a private table for us on the balcony for dinner to celebrate our honeymoon. It was very special. We can't say enough good things about Acacia and the staff. There was a pool, small fitness center, bar, and yard area with a bonfire every evening. Thank you for making our honeymoon trip even more special! - Sebastian and Clara

This lodge was exceptional. The staff greeted us warmly. The main lobby/restaurant was very well decorated. Our cabin was fantastic. It was large , well decorated and very comfortable. We also had a nice private patio behind the cabin. This is a locatio0n that I would return for another stay. 10 out of 10.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a safari and it was an amazing experience. The staff were all so kind, and we especially loved Frank, our butler, who gave our family a lesson on the Masai during our stay. The hospitality we experienced was above and beyond, and we loved our beautiful and spacious rooms, with huge patios overlooking the coffee farm. Our housekeeper Veronica made the stay so special for our kids by leaving fun notes as well as some words in Swahili for us to learn. We found the settings to be great for exploring Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara, and the lodge offered tons of on-site amenities as well. Bravo to the entire team!

We stayed in this hotel for our last night of our safari trip and night we were so happy to end with such beautiful hotel. It’s hidden and in the middle of the nature. The farm is organic and you can feel it when you eat their vegetables. The coffee also is one of best we had in the entire 10 days trip. It’s really pleasant for families. The staff is so nice and kind and welcomed us amazingly. We ate very very well. Everything was tasty and delicious. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We spend an amazing time and we wished to stay longer. I highly recommend.

We are so glad we stayed here. Our original accommodation was suppose to be near the crater but sold out and we are glad it did. This place was amazing and they treat every single one of the guests with respect. Upon arrival they greeted us with a song. We met all the staff that we would assisting us during our stay. The room was huge and clean. Dinner was delicious, plentiful, and very fresh. We stayed only for 1 night and wished we stayed longer.

A beautiful lodge in Karatu. We we happy to spend 3 nights at this lodge. 1 night as we started our safari and 2 nights at the end of our safari before heading home. It is well landscaped and surroundings very well kept. The rooms are cosy clean and well appointed with all the required amenities. Food is excellent. Asante Sana to the amazing staff who ensured that we had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay. Check in was straightforward and friendly by Joyno. Special mention must go to the General Manager Mr. Pascal our butler Martin and Happiness our housekeeper. Our only wish would have been to stay longer.

So lovely!!! We ended our East Africa excursion at this lovely lodge and it was much needed. Beautiful property, paved trails, gardens and coffee plots. The lodge is not yet a decade old and is continuing to grow into full self sufficiency. Don’t expect completely spotless and sterile living quarters, but I’ll tell you, this was one of the nicer places we stayed as far as that goes. Fantastic and caring staff. The chef was wonderful. Quiet, peaceful and huge rooms.
