Shocked with the service received as we were looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately Helena did not honor her word to allow us to rebook due to a family members passing. Taking our money and leaving us heavily disappointed with the distasteful dishonesty and integrity.

What an awful experience trying to book with Helena and Lorna. Would not recommend due too their terrible customer service and support and not honouring their word. Having to throw away money on booking we will not receive.

The most unempathetic people. Had to cancel due to passing of my Mom a week before our booking. Lost everything! Airbnb couldn't win my fight either.

The most beautiful little cottage in Clarens to stay in. It’s so cozy and welcoming. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back. The owners are so sweet and accommodating and have the most adorable dogs! You can’t go wrong with this place. The location is also right next to the Clarens Valley Conservancy which is great for biking, hiking and trail walks. Don’t hesitate to book this place, you won’t regret it!
