What a wonderful stay. It was tranquil, super clean and very very comfortable. The bed was like a hug, I want one just like it at home. Pillows too. I had a nice early morning swim everyday followed by a lovely breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and very attentive. My friend commented that everyone seemed to love their jobs😁. I will be back

We celebrated our agencies 10th birthday party and end of year conference at the Vredenburg Manor House. The location was perfect, the service was phenomenal and the food was better than some of the fancy restaurants in the area. Luke and Leon did an amazing job at looking after the all of us, especially Leon's insane braai skills. I would highly recommend this location for large or intimate affairs.

From an excellent and professional reception to a fantastic bedroom, fabulous lunch and breakfast, amiable and experienced staff, and cozy lounges, this is a beautiful venue for a small team-building initiative, a break-away destination in the Winelands, or celebrating a milestone birthday—highly recommended!!!!

My daughter and I booked a room but we inadvertently booked the wrong date. Without realizing our mistake we arrived from Johannesburg, looking forward to spending some quality time together. Leon did not turn us away but was extremely kind by offering us a luxurious en-suite room at no extra cost. The room was spacious, very well decorated and well equipped. It was a pleasure to spend a few days at The Vredenburg Manor House and we cannot wait to go back. Thank you Leon (and to your staff) for your hospitality and kindness.

Absolutely fabulous!!! These are the best words to describe our experience there on 12/13/14 April attending the marriage and wedding ceremony of our son and daughter-in-law. The rooms are so comfy and well-presented, the food tasty and plentiful, and the staff so friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Beautiful, tranquil and safe surroundings completed the picture. Highly recommended for long or short stays, small corporate breaks or weddings. Close to super amenities, Stellenbosch and the beaches at Strand and Gordons Bay.
