Le Must River Residence

Outstandingly tranquil guest residence, set in wonderful gardens. Fully equipped, comfortable rooms, with clean, modern bathrooms. Great continent breakfast buffet. The swimming pool and waterfront gardens overlook the Orange River. I totally recommend it.

Really enjoyed the stay. Rooms were nice and clean although the door of the house struggled to close. Breakfast and view was amazing

Friendly and welcoming host assisting with making our arrival swift and comfortable. Facility is clean and in excellent condition. Rooms have all the amenities++ and everything is crisp and clean. The garden is well-kept and stretches to the river bank providing for majestic views up and down stream - a great place to braai and savor the moment. We had a great stay and good night rest.

I would recommend this place. The rooms are extra large and well equipped. Breakfast is excellent.

This was easily the best hotel/guest house experience I've ever had. The location is unbeatable. Having coffee with views of the Orange river is unforgettable. The place is decorated beautifully and is very inviting. The host also had a great selection of drinks in the honesty bar and was really helpful overall. I'm already looking forward to my next stay!

Stayed for two nights at the conclusion of a safari trip to the Kgalagadi. We had Room 1 – which when we booked was titled ‘The Presidential Suite’ – I don’t think they call it that anymore – but it was truly splendid, featuring a large balcony overlooking the gardens, along with a spacious sitting room and bedroom/bathroom. The situation on the banks of the Orange River is perfect, with a welcome breeze off the river and lovely views. But setting aside the beautiful setting, the best thing about Le Must is the management team of Serena and Jakes. They were so kind and helpful, arranging restaurant reservations and acting as taxi drivers, taking us out to the airport to pick up a rental, and happily accommodating us for a few hours before our (late afternoon) flight.

Great location for a one night stay or more! Right on the banks of the Orange River. Exceptionally appointed and great value. Off road secure parking a bonus and superb breakfast!
