The staff especially at breakfast were too rude. Staff generally are unhelpful and unnecessarily aloof. only great thing about the rooms are the bed.

The location is great. You wil be in the centre of night life and it's safe at night. Food is not mid, rooms are mid but very clean, service is not great the reception was rude to me on my first day there. The Ac in my room wasn't cooling in my second visit. Don't bother going to the spa, not worth it. Overall I think the place is just OK. Will I visit again? Yes because of the location and how clean the rooms

They are working on culvert that leads to the entrance of the hotel as at when I visited otherwise every other thing is perfect.

A very lovely experience. Service was great with everyone being courteous and accommodating. Room service was great with attention to the little things. Their breakfast buffet spread was impressive.

The ambience is good, great service and good parking. The swimming pool is lovely ? There's ample seating in the lounge and bar area to keep you hydrated. The food was not so great, it could be way better.
