66 on Monzali

Beautiful clean setting and well styled rooms in general. There is cherry made available at reception and in the rooms which is a nice touch if you enjoy cherry. The location is well positioned for Hilton area and has easy access to the highway. The staff are friendly and weee accommodating in terms of check in and check out. There is reading material and games available. Plenty of communal paces to sit if not in your room. The rooms are a little compact in terms of space so if you need to work on a laptop for example that would not quite be possible. The rooms are not sound proof so you can hear other guests speaking to the point where you can hear detail of conversations effortlessly which was frustrating and caused a disturbance as other guests on the first night were very loud and inconsiderate which affected our sleep which was particularly frustrating given that I was there to do Midmar Mile. We could also hear people at reception and intercom in the early morning which was disturbing. On our second night, guests were not loud and although we could hear them they were reasonably spoken and didn’t cause as much of a disturbance and so we could have a decent night’s sleep. Breakfast was not included in the price (R2400 for 2 nights)which we’d thought would be included in the price. If you intend to book the entire place for a group this could be a great stay otherwise if you are looking for peace and quiet you may prefer to stay elsewhere as you might get frustrated by the noise.

66 on Monzali – Small Touches, Big Comfort! What a pleasant surprise! It’s the little things that maks one feel extra special. From a plunger with real coffee and rusks to a fridge stocked with cool drinks and even a little sherry to sip on—it’s all about comfort and thoughtfulness. The aircon, fan, and plenty of plugs make life easy, and there’s a safe, hairdryer, laundry bag, hand mirror, and even room spray to keep things fresh. The big shower, fluffy towels, bath goodies, and cozy bathrobe (japon) add a touch of luxury, while snacks, chips, earbuds, and tissues show they’ve thought of everything. Super close to the N3 and Life Hospital, yet peaceful and relaxing. Honestly, it just feels good to be here!

Neet tidy well kept and Kempt b/b only downside is Electrical problems and generator only runs for an hour then has to cool down on a scorching hot day like today it's a no no .

Have hosted 2 team retreats at 66 On Monzali, and both times the venue, staff, and service were exceptional! They go above and beyond for guests, and every detail is thoughtful and top quality. Thank you, Monzali Team! We can't wait to return again!

What an experience it was! After a long drive from Johannesburg nosi and the team made sure that everything was ready for our arrivals. The rooms where neat and tidy. The breakfast they provided was great and there service overall was amazing. I be sure to return again soon
